1. Any customer can be an employer, for that he will have to activate his job listing profile.
2. Then he will have to list their requirements first.
3. Once he listed the required employment details and then he can search for them.
4. If any job seeker already listed his required job then he could find him and they can talk to each other.
5. Anybody looking for a particular person for any kind of job, then he could find them through the search facility in the app.
6. He could select workers by going through the worker profile and their ratings and reviews.
7. The workers works on hourly based salary and the salary must give through the payment system in the app.
